Product Features and Functions

(1) The deluxe A5 equipment uses a rotary encoder to control the double-arm material distribution, ensuring more uniform material distribution and preventing uneven distribution.

(2) The four-axis high-frequency vibrator provides a large vibration area. Four motors drive simultaneously at the four corners, ensuring a stable vibration platform with no motor belt slippage or pulley slippage. This maximizes power transmission to the vibrator, allowing it to exert its excitation force in the shortest time, maximizing the cement’s adhesive properties and accelerating product molding.

(3) The upper mold is fixed by a screw, and the lower mold is locked by an airbag. Mold replacement takes only 20 minutes. The airbag provides a flexible connection between the mold and the frame, significantly reducing mold wear.
