Product Features and Functions

(1) Six-axis vibrator: uniform vibration distribution, fast production speed, and high strength cement products.

(2) Dual-pump confluence: A dual-pump vane pump with an advanced electrical control system is used. Pressure and flow are adjusted according to work requirements to complete the entire operation. When cylinder movements overlap, they do not interfere with each other and work together to accelerate molding.

(3) The material trolley is designed with a double-arm counter for feeding, and dual-pump confluence to improve material distribution speed. The fabric forming machine also uses a double-arm pusher counter and dual-pump confluence, resulting in fast and uniform material distribution. The material trolley has dual motors that quickly drive the main shaft for uniform material distribution.

(4) Mold replacement is ingeniously designed in 10 minutes. The upper mold uses a hydraulic locking device for easy disassembly and assembly, while the lower mold is locked with an airbag device, requiring only 10 seconds for installation and disassembly.

(5) The material trolley’s hydraulic lifting adjustment device allows for adjustment in 5 seconds, enabling rapid adjustment of the material trolley height for mold replacement.
