(1) High molding speed: Utilizing a dual-pump confluence system with a double-pump head vane pump. An advanced electrical control system adjusts pressure and flow rate as needed to complete the entire operation. When cylinder movements overlap, they do not interfere with each other, working together to improve molding speed.

(2) The machine’s material cart is designed with a double-arm counter for feeding, and the dual-pump confluence system increases material distribution speed. The fabric feeding machine also uses a double-arm pusher counter and dual-pump confluence, resulting in fast and uniform material distribution. The material cart has dual motors that quickly drive the main shaft for uniform material distribution.
